2.30 - 4 p.m. choice of specialisation:
aerobics
cycling - own bike required
golf
tennis etc.
Credit: will be obtained after completion of the course
Bring: sports clothes and shoes
Please note: we do not provide transport for bicycles
Participation is conditional on enrolling in the course in SIS!
