9:30–12:00 – general activities:
aerobics, basketball, beach volleyball, floorball, football (soccer), canoeing, conditioning running, Nordic walking, orienteering, softball, table tennis, tennis, volleyball
14:30–16:00 – option to choose a specialization:
aerobics
cycling – own bicycle required
golf
tennis
etc.
Course credit: will be granted after completing the course.
What to bring: sports clothing and sports shoes
Important: bicycle transport is not provided.
Participation requirement: the course must be registered in the SIS system.
Information about bus departure times and the course start will be published in advance.
