Physical Education / Physical Training classes and elective sports courses run until January 16, 2026.
During the exam period, PE classes are not held (except for make-up sessions).
PE classes in the summer semester begin on Monday, February 23, 2026.
Replacement classes are available in January 2026.
You can also use these hours if you want to come for sports.

How to register for physical education classes in WINTER SEMESTER 2025/2026:
- Registration will take place from 15th September 2025, 8:00 a.m for All International Students of General Medicine
- please note: registration of compulsory courses for Czech students of general medicine (2nd years) starts already from one week earlier, therefore some courses might be already full
- registration of optional subjects goes via SIS
- if you register OS - Physical Education (2nd LF) or Physical Training 1-6 (3rd LF) in SIS, the next step is registration of a particular sport through our web application "kolweb"
- Each student can only register for one PE lesson/week. If you are interested in more sports, please contact the particular teacher according to the teaching timetable.
Students contribute financially to the costs associated with the rental of some sports facilities - external sports facilities, which are not property of Charles University. A list of the fee-based courses and detailed information can be found below. However, most sports are offered free of charge within credit courses.
