Program: 9.30 - 12.00 a.m. general specialisation: aerobics, basketball, beach volleyball, floorball, football, canoeing, fitness running, Nordic walking, orienteering, softball, table tennis, tennis, volleyball
2.30 - 4 p.m. choice of specialisation: aerobics, cycling - own bike required, golf, tennis, etc.
Credit: will be obtained after completion of the course
Bring: sports clothes and shoes
Please note: we do not provide transport for bicycles
Participation is conditional on enrolling in the course in SIS!
Information about bus departures and the start of the course will be published in due course!
