Paddling course on open water, watter touring, camping.
Teaching the correct paddling technique, teaching self-rescue and rescue on open water.
We will paddle on sea kayaks - sea kayaks.
Transport of material and complete paddling material is provided.
The course is intended for members of VSK Medik Prague - if you are not a member, you can easily become one.
Required equipment: boat and dry clothing, waterproof jacket, scarf, hat, sunglasses, camping supplies, tent, sleeping bag, sleeping mats, cooking supplies, outdoor stove
For whom: the event can be attended by beginners without previous experience - we will teach you everything.
