Summer Sport Courses

By signing the chosen course you agree with terms of organizing summer sports course.
Login system allows you to log into only one course. If you decide to change, you must of course first log out and then log in to another. The courses cease to be accessible when filled to capacity.
When logging, provide all required information (name, surname, faculty, vintage, branch, date of birth, permanent address, phone number, e-mail), otherwise you will not be logged into the course.

Course price:

will be specified during the spring 2024 (not more than 5780 CZK incl. program, full board meal, accommodation, and transport from Prague and back to Prague)

After this date, your application will be cancelled, in case you have not payed. Pay only in Czech Crown (we don't accept EUR or other currency).
Payment can verify the login system – at your name will be information paid / unpaid. Since the pairing payment takes place on the basis of bank statements, the information in the system appears in approx. 14 days. If after that time you have doubts about the accuracy of payments, please contact the secretariat DPE 2. LF UK, Ms. Hiršalová – e-mail: @email.

• Step 1 – Visit: https://kolweb.lf2.cuni.cz/secure/tv/kurzy signing up for CAS (Central Authentication Service UK) your username (ISIC number under the picture) and password. If you have trouble logging in, check the password: https://ldap1.cuni.cz.
• Step 2 – Choose from courses offered (Dobronice 1 / Dobronice 2).
• Step 3 – If you choose a course. To check the accuracy of your personal data. Choose with or without transport (bus).
• Step 4 – Save and logout from CAS (Uložit a odhlásit z CAS).
• Step 5 – Payment.

If you encounter problems logging in, please send an e-mail to @email. Include your name, school, and the name of the course for which you are unable to login. In the case of objective difficulties, you manually enrolled in the course in order of incoming e-mails.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel Registrations must be made in writing to the secretariat DPE @email.

1. In case of cancellation until a week before the month
   Course cancellation fee:
   245,– CZK (without traffic)
   595,– CZK (transport)
   and the remaining amount will be refunded.
2. In case of cancellation less than one week before the course
   Course cancellation fee:
   735,– CZK (without traffic)
   1.085,– CZK (transport)
   and the remaining amount will be refunded.
3. In case of cancellation of the course and providing alternate (UK student), will not be charged any cancellation charge.
